Christmas Stars
Stars like these are all around Freiburg and have shown up in the past few weeks. They are very beautiful at night when they're lit. This is one of my favorite booths in the Christmas Market! I may or may not have purchased a wonderful red and gold one. The stars come in a variety of shapes: Classic, sunstar, and... THE DEATHSTAR. You can see them near the top. Those are the ones hung around the city. Personally, I wonder if it's a liability. They sure look pointy!
