Nineteen: Snow

Snow

Today it finally snowed in Freiburg! And by that I mean, it finally snowed and the snow stayed on the ground. I was so delighted to see the snow when I woke up this morning, that I immediately began to play the song ‘it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.’ It’s been more than a little cold walking around but I’ve been so pleased having Mom and Ben finally here so I’ve not been worrying too much. Also they brought me a hat, which has made a world of difference. Also, that picture is the street level view from the flat we’re staying at. This place feels like a five star hotel after living in Vauban for four months!!
